We have a series of pilot Growth Pods starting in waves from August 2024. See our latest schedule here. Growth Pods will then commence in multiple waves each year on set dates or when sufficient numbers are achieved. Contact us to find out when you can start.
The cost of your Growth Pod depends on which functional level you are at. If you would like to see our current pricing please contact us.
Growth Pods run all year and if you change roles or get promoted you can move into a new pod to suit your current needs. Our hope is that you continue to stay in a Growth Pod because it adds value ongoing. If for any reason you wish to leave Growth Pod we require 1 months notice.
You will be assigned to a Pod relative to your job role and experience to ensure you are with like minded peers.
Yes you can move Pods if you change job role or have different needs.
You can sign up through your company or as an individual.
Trust and collaboration are at the heart of Growth Pod. All members go through an application, onboarding and agreement process where they agree to MindPicks policies in this area, which are continually reinforced throughout sessions. No sensitive P&L information will ever be shared.
Numerous studies have shown a clear connection between peer groups and mentoring with improved employee engagement, plus better business outcomes. Each Growth Pod member develops a clear value plan with quantified measures of success, which are reviewed with sponsors twice a year.
There is an upfront 3 hour Pod connection session. Session time averages 1.5 hours per month with up to 1 hour of preparation. Regular check-ins and reviews are 1 hour a quarter. In total approx 1 day per quarter.
