Growth Pod provides FMCG professionals with access to a range of networking, mentoring & development opportunities during their membership.

The idea behind Growth Pods is creating a community that is invested in each other’s success, where participation and contribution are key ingredients to achieving this. Therefore, it is vital that participants are both able to attend Growth Pod sessions as well as prepare feedback and builds for their peers to maximise the value that people receive.

Group Expectations:

1. We understand that our industry is fast-paced and has numerous challenges, and that real life also throws up circumstances that mean participation can be difficult. We would like participants to be able to attend 80% of their Growth Pod sessions as a minimum.

2. Set your Growth Pod development goals and have an alignment discussion with your manager before your Growth Pod kick off session. At this discussion clarify with your manager anything that should remain confidential to the business and your obligations under company policies.

3. Keep your manager informed of your progress within the group.

4. Complete all work required and meet the timelines as required to allow yourself and your fellow participants to prepare and contribute.

5. Contribute to discussions and share your experience and knowledge to support the development of the whole pod, whilst maintaining business confidentiality and adhering to company policies as well as industry anti-collusion laws.

6. Contribute to and adhere to the Learning Charter that your Growth Pod will create. This is a professional forum and your behaviour should reflect this at all times, including respecting the confidentiality of individuals and the group.
